DESCRIPTION:Picnic in the Park is Aunt Rita’s Inaugural World AIDS Day picnic that is open to all community members\, partner agency workers\, and all of you who support us throughout the year! Enjoy live music\, delicious food and drinks\, and fun activities. Tables and seating will be available\, but feel free to bring your picnic blankets to catch some extra sun! We kindly ask that all pets stay at home. \nWorld AIDS Day is an annual day to raise awareness for the fight against HIV\, honor the loved ones lost to the epidemic\, and celebrate the advances in treatment and prevention that move us closer to ending the epidemic. Aunt Rita’s Picnic in the Park brings the community together to commemorate World AIDS Day\, and the breathtaking National AIDS Memorial Quilt displays can be viewed just steps away.
