El tema de este a\u00f1o es &quot;La prueba del VIH es autocuidado&quot;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/stophivtogether\/hiv-testing\/index.html\">prueba de VIH<\/a> puede ser gratis, f\u00e1cil, r\u00e1pido y confidencial. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/stophivtogether\/hiv-testing\/self-testing.html\">autoex\u00e1menes de VIH<\/a> se puede hacer cuando y donde un individuo elige.<\/li>\n<li>Todas las personas entre 13 y 64 a\u00f1os deben hacerse la prueba del VIH al menos una vez como parte de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica de rutina.<\/li>\n<li>Aquellos con cierta continuidad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/hiv\/basics\/hiv-testing\/getting-tested.html\">factores de riesgo<\/a>\u2014como tener m\u00e1s de una pareja sexual desde su \u00faltima prueba de VIH o tener relaciones sexuales con alguien cuyo historial sexual no conocen\u2014 deben hacerse la prueba anualmente.
