Los pacientes no necesitar\u00e1n ver a un especialista para su tratamiento y los proveedores ya no necesitar\u00e1n presentar documentaci\u00f3n para ser aprobados para la cobertura de Mavyret y la formulaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica de Epclusa. Tenga en cuenta que el retratamiento a\u00fan requerir\u00e1 autorizaci\u00f3n previa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convirtiendo a Arizona en la decimosexta jurisdicci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds en eliminar los PA para el tratamiento de la hepatitis C, este hito en nuestra historia fue verdaderamente un <strong><em>cambio liderado por el paciente y la comunidad<\/em><\/strong>.
