Sharing your status is vital to ending HIV.

It’s important to tell your partners, either long-term or casual, about the need for them to get an HIV test. It’s normal to feel uneasy about how your partners might react, but it's extremely important for you to tell them they could be at risk. It’s another way of saying how much you care.

Encourage your partners to get tested early to learn their own status. You’ll also be helping to end the HIV epidemic in Arizona. For every person who is diagnosed, gets medical care and is virally suppressed (meaning the virus is undetectable in your system), five new HIV infections are avoided.
