The Arizona 2022-2026 HIV/STI/Hep C Integrated Plan
Written in partnership with our community.WHAT IS THE INTEGRATED PLAN?
The Arizona 2022-2026 HIV/STI/Hep C Integrated Plan covers the overlapping epidemics of HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and hepatitis C (Hep C) across the state. The Integrated Plan is created to serve Arizonans affected by or experiencing risk for HIV, STIs, and hepatitis C. The more voices we have engaged in creating the Integrated Plan, the more effective it will be!
HOW ARE WE WRITING THE INTEGRATED PLAN?
The Integrated Plan is built upon national and state HIV, STI, and hepatitis C goals, plans, and strategies.
It also draws on previous HIV prevention and care plans written in partnership with the community, such as the 2017-2021 Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan for Arizona, and the 2020 Ending the HIV Epidemic Plan for Maricopa County (Spanish).
The Integrated Plan will be based on four pillars: Diagnose, Treat, Prevent, and Respond. We have adopted these four pillars from HIV planning efforts, and are expanding them to include STIs and hepatitis C.
