Gilbert, AZ: #CANCommunityHeath will be at Blue Sage in Gilbert on Monday, October 24th! Our mobile health unit will be parked at 155 E Ray Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85225 from 9am to 1pm. The CAN team will be providing Free & Confidential health screenings that include rapid HIV testing, as well as blood pressure and glucose checks. Stop by for some free take-home goodies!
