Mesa, AZ; #CANCommunityHeath will be at St Vincent de Paul in Mesa on Friday, October 28th! Our mobile health unit will be parked at 9227 N 10th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021 from 9am to 1pm. The CAN team will be providing Free & Confidential health screenings that include rapid HIV and rapid Hepatitis C testing, site-specific tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and a blood draw for syphilis. Results for rapid testing will be delivered within minutes and all other testing results will take 3 to 5 business days to come back. Stop by for some free take-home goodies!
